Jeff Graber
Jeff Graber is a licensed agent who manages policies for our aviation business clients and develops new business for Alexander Aviation. Prior to joining Alexander Aviation, Jeff worked as a technical support manager for a well-known computer software company and also as a consultant for a large insurance underwriter. Jeff holds the distinction of having written the first automated quotation system for commercial aviation insurance. He is a Certified Insurance Counsellor (C.I.C.) candidate and a Certified Aviation Insurance Professional (C.A.I.P.) candidate. As a published expert on the subject of aviation insurance, Jeff has written for various aviation publications, including articles in Aviation Digest and Florida Aviation Business magazines. Like many of the Alexander Aviation team members, Jeff enjoys using his pilot's certificate to visit our clients throughout the country. He graduated from Valencia Community College and also attended the University of Central Florida.
Josh Dietrick
Josh Dietrick handles corporate aviation accounts and manages our relationships with our growing team of brokers. Josh is also a published expert in aviation insurance, writing for Aviation Digest magazine. Not every agency knows the corporate aircraft environment, but Josh does, and he makes certain the program he recommends is precisely targeted to the client’s needs. Josh holds a private pilot license and a bachelor's degree from the University of Central Florida.
Jim Graber
Jim Graberstarted the company in 1978. Prior to that time, Jim gained experience as an aviation insurance underwriter, agent and claims adjuster. He has been in the business for 36 years and is an acknowledged expert in aviation insurance and complex insurance negotiations. Jim has achieved both Certified Insurance Counselor (C.I.C.) and Certified Aviation Insurance Professional (C.A.I.P) designations. In addition, he has been a pilot since 1966; he currently holds commercial and instrument ratings. Jim is a graduate of Ohio State University, where he served as President of the OSU Flying Club and marched in the Ohio State Marching Band (TBDBITL).
Lori Cline has over seven years of insurance experience, the past four of them with Alexander Aviation. She is a licensed agent, handling numerous aspects of aviation business insurance. In addition to managing insurance programs and renewals for many clients, Lori also handles Workers’ Compensation, Commercial Property and Pollution Liability for aviation businesses. She also coordinates premium financing programs for clients.
Carla Noeske, Diane Miller, Gloria Dublin, Brent McKay and Alan Chu are very important, behind-the-scenes administrative experts. They make sure the communications, correspondence, and accounting are handled efficiently, accurately and professionally.
